Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Naija Trades, a simulated Nigerian equities competition product. They are starter terms for launch readiness and should be reviewed by Nigerian counsel.
Eligibility and Account Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the information you submit, your password, and activity under your account.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to the service or other players.
Simulated Game Only
Naija Trades portfolios, balances, orders, trades, rankings, and returns are simulated competition records. They do not create real securities transactions, brokerage accounts, custody relationships, cash balances, or withdrawal rights.
Nothing on Naija Trades is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice. We do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or avoid any security.
Market Data, News, and Third Parties
Market prices, company information, and news may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, generated from third-party sources, or unavailable. They are provided for game and educational context only.
If Naija Trades links or hands you off to a broker, publisher, exchange, regulator, or other third party, that relationship is between you and the third party. Their own terms, privacy notices, fees, eligibility rules, and regulatory obligations apply.
Acceptable Use and Changes
Do not attempt to manipulate competitions, scrape the service without permission, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use Naija Trades for unlawful activity.
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
