Tony Elumelu retires as UBA Chairman, bank names Emmanuel Nnorom as successor

United Bank for Africa Plc announced that Group Chairman Tony O. Elumelu will retire from the Board of Directors on August 21, 2026, due to the 12-year tenure limit. Emmanuel N. Nnorom, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as his successor.
