SUNU Assurances shareholders approve directors, new auditor

Shareholders of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc approved the re-election of Aisha Abubakar as a director, ratified three director appointments, and appointed TAC Professional Services as external auditor. The appointment replaces retiring auditor SIAO Partners, following resolutions passed at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting in Lagos.
