SUNU Assurances shareholders approve board, audit changes at AGM

Shareholders of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc approved resolutions at the company’s 39th Annual General Meeting in Lagos, including changes to the board and the appointment of a new external auditor. They also received and adopted the company’s consolidated audited financial statements.
