Sterling HoldCo Returns to NGX at N77 After 10-for-1 Share Reconstruction

Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc returned to trading on the Nigerian Exchange after completing a 10-for-1 share capital reconstruction, reducing its outstanding shares from 68.50 billion to 6.85 billion. The NGX listed 6,850,233,171 reconstructed ordinary shares at N77 per share.
