Shell to Transfer 170km Nigerian Gas Pipeline Network to Vaaris Energy

Shell Petroleum B.V. has agreed to transfer its Nigerian domestic gas distribution business to Vaaris Energy Limited. The proposed acquisition includes about 170 kilometres of gas pipelines and a customer network serving more than 130 industrial customers.
