Shareholders Approve Dangote Cement Listing On London Stock Exchange

Shareholders of Dangote Cement Plc have approved the company's plan to seek a potential secondary listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange or another international securities exchange. The approval was granted during the company's seventeenth Annual General Meeting in Lagos.
