SFS REIT reports 29% rise in H1,2026 net income despite heavy cash outflows

SFS Real Estate Investment Trust has reported a 29 percent growth in its total income to N272.4 million for the first half of 2026, compared to N211.2 million recorded in the corresponding period of 2025, despite experiencing significant cash outflows during the period.
