SEC Proposes N1m Cap Per Issuer, N10m Yearly Limit for Retail Digital-asset Investments

Nigeria's Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed limits on retail investment in digital-asset offerings, including a N1 million ceiling per issuer and a N10 million aggregate limit over any 12-month period. The proposal forms part of rules covering digital and virtual asset operations and custody.
