SEC Commits To Curbing Unclaimed Funds, Strengthen Investor Protection

The Securities and Exchange Commission has launched a Probate, Unclaimed Monies Awareness and Investor Clinic to help beneficiaries recover inherited investments and address dormant investment assets. The initiative forms part of broader efforts to strengthen investor protection and reduce unclaimed funds in Nigeria’s capital market.
