SEC blacklists 6 individuals, 3 entities for financing terrorism

The Securities and Exchange Commission has blacklisted six individuals and three entities for allegedly financing terrorism. The designations were communicated in a circular to capital market regulated entities and were made under Nigeria’s Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act 2022.
