Sahara Power begins construction of $12 million 12MW power plant in Lagos

Sahara Power Enterprises Group has begun constructing a $12 million, 12MW independent power plant at Ikeja Electric’s Ogba undertaking in Lagos. The project adds new generation capacity within Nigeria’s electricity market, although the companies named are not included among the tracked NGX-listed stocks.
