PIA permits Dangote’s dollar fuel sales – Regulator

The Nigerian petroleum regulator has confirmed that the Dangote Refinery is permitted to sell fuel in US dollars. Citing provisions within the Petroleum Industry Act, the regulator noted the allowance is intended to facilitate cost recovery for the refinery.
