PenCom to sanction PFAs as only 17% of RSA holders recaptured

PenCom has threatened sanctions against Pension Fund Administrators that fail to meet targets for the mandatory Retirement Savings Account data recapture exercise. Its first-quarter 2026 report showed that 17.03 per cent of legacy RSA holders had completed the process.
