Otedola raises First HoldCo stake with N20.7 billion share purchase

Femi Otedola, Chairman of First HoldCo Plc, acquired an additional 147.74 million ordinary shares in the financial services group for N20.68 billion. The transaction increased his stake in the listed company and represents a material ownership development for First HoldCo shareholders.
