Otedola Deepens Investment In First Holdco, Acquires Additional 1.779bn

The chairman of First HoldCo Plc has acquired an additional 1.779 billion ordinary shares valued at approximately N222.2 billion. Disclosed through a regulatory filing on the Nigerian Exchange, the transaction increases the total beneficial shareholding in the financial holding company to 11.76 billion shares.
