Otedola boosts First HoldCo control with N12.58bn stake

Femi Otedola, chairman of First HoldCo Plc, acquired an additional N12.58 billion stake in the financial services group. The transaction was disclosed through a regulatory filing submitted to the Nigerian Exchange and further consolidates his controlling position in the company.
