Otedola acquires additional N222bn FirstHoldco shares, now controls 26%

Femi Otedola has increased his stake in First HoldCo by purchasing an additional 1.779 billion shares through Calvados Global Services Limited. The transaction, valued at N222.209 billion, was officially communicated to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and raises his total control in the parent company of First Bank.
