Otedola acquires 1.78 billion First HoldCo shares, lifts stake to 26%

Femi Otedola has acquired 1.78 billion additional shares in First HoldCo, representing 3.91 per cent of the company's outstanding shares. This transaction increases his total equity stake in the financial institution to 26 per cent.
