Otedola acquires 1.78 billion First HoldCo shares, lifts stake to 25.86%

Femi Otedola has acquired 1.78 billion additional shares in First HoldCo, representing 3.91 per cent of the company's outstanding shares. This transaction increases his total stake in the banking institution to 25.86 per cent.
