Obasanjo says Niger Delta deserves more than 13% derivation

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo called for the Niger Delta to receive more than the current 13% derivation allocation. He also commissioned the crude distillation unit at Azikel Refinery, described in the report as a $1 billion project.
