NUPRC urges new licence holders to support Nigeria’s 2mbpd oil production target

The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission has urged newly licensed Petroleum Prospecting Licence holders to accelerate the development of their assets. This directive is part of efforts to help Nigeria achieve its target of boosting domestic crude oil production to two million barrels per day by 2027.
