NUPRC Says Underinvestment Caused Nigeria Significant Loss In Geoscientists, Petroleum Engineers

The NUPRC says prolonged underinvestment has depleted Nigeria’s pool of geoscientists, petroleum engineers and other technical professionals. Its chief executive called for rebuilding the sector’s technical and commercial talent pipeline as renewed investment returns to upstream petroleum activities.
