NRS sets July 31 deadline for large taxpayers to adopt E-invoicing system

The Nigeria Revenue Service has set a July 31, 2026 deadline for all large taxpayers to adopt the national e-invoicing and Electronic Fiscal System. The mandatory system, also known as the Merchant Buyer Solution, aims to digitize tax administration for major corporate entities across the country.
