No settlement default recorded since T+1 adoption — SEC

The Securities and Exchange Commission says no settlement default has been recorded since Nigeria adopted the T+1 settlement cycle. SEC Director-General Emomotimi Agama described the transition as smooth and said it has been well received by local and international investors.
