NNPC to acquire Seplat’s 10% JV for $281.6m

NNPC Limited has agreed to acquire a ten percent interest in the NNPCL-SEPNU Joint Venture from Seplat Energy Plc for 281.6 million dollars, a corporate transaction involving a prominent energy company listed on the Nigerian Exchange.
