NMDPRA warns marketers against fuel profiteering as crude prices fall

The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority has cautioned oil marketers against arbitrary fuel price hikes amid falling global crude prices. The regulator emphasized that petroleum product pricing must remain cost-reflective, in compliance with the provisions of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021.
