Nigeria’s Refining Capacity Still Not Enough, Even With Dangote—Lokpobiri

Petroleum Minister Heineken Lokpobiri said Nigeria’s refining capacity remains below domestic demand despite recent improvements, including the Dangote refinery. He called for fresh investment and additional refineries to strengthen the midstream and downstream oil sector during the West Africa Refined Fuel Market conference.
