‘Nigeria imported 62,000 tonnes of US soybeans’

Nigeria has resumed the importation of soybeans from the United States, receiving 62,000 tonnes in early 2025 after a six-year hiatus. The US Soybean Export Council aims to use these shipments to support local production and address domestic demand within the agricultural and feed sectors.
