NEITI report: Senate gives Seplat, three others 48-hour ultimatum

The Senate has ordered Seplat Energy, Network E&P Nigeria Limited and two other oil companies to appear within 48 hours over issues identified in NEITI oil and gas industry audit reports. Dubri Oil denied owing reported royalty and gas-flaring debts linked to the inquiry.
