NDPC Probes UNILAG, Lotus Bank Over Alleged Data Protection Violations

The Nigeria Data Protection Commission has opened a forensic investigation into Lotus Bank, the University of Lagos and Hackerbella Ltd over alleged data protection breaches. The probe follows complaints that students’ personal information was allegedly used to open bank accounts.
