NDPC begins forensic probe of UNILAG, Lotus Bank, Hackerbella over alleged unlawful use of students’ data

The Nigeria Data Protection Commission has started a forensic investigation into UNILAG, Lotus Bank and Hackerbella over alleged unlawful use of students’ personal data. The regulator also warned tertiary institutions that have not met existing data-protection requirements to comply immediately.
