NCC Proposes Free Access to Learning Platforms to Cut Education Costs

The Nigerian Communications Commission has commenced consultations on a new framework to allow students free access to online learning platforms. The Zero-Rated Data Access Project aims to lower education costs by removing internet data charges for selected platforms.
