NBA Conference: IST warns lawyers against filing capital market cases at Federal High Court

The Investment and Securities Tribunal has cautioned lawyers against filing capital market disputes at the Federal High Court, describing the practice as wasteful of time and resources. The tribunal chairman issued the warning during a breakout session at the Nigerian Bar Association conference in Port Harcourt.
