Navy dismantles 48 illegal refineries, arrests 91 suspects in anti-oil theft crackdown

The Nigerian Navy has dismantled 48 illegal refinery sites, arrested 91 suspects, and recovered 4.69 million litres of stolen crude oil and refined products. The crackdown occurred alongside reports that Nigeria has exceeded its OPEC crude oil production quota.
