JUST-IN: NERC Dissolves Kaduna DisCo Board Over N456.5bn Market Debt

NERC has dissolved the board of Kaduna Electricity Distribution Plc over cumulative market obligations of N456.5 billion and continuing financial and operational difficulties. The regulator appointed an interim board and ordered a transparent process to select a new core investor for the distribution company.
