Jaiz Bank Shareholders Approve ₦150 Billion Capital Raise, 11 Kobo Final Dividend

Jaiz Bank Plc shareholders have approved a plan to raise up to ₦150 billion in new capital through various funding options. The decision, reached at the bank's 14th Annual General Meeting, also included the approval of an 11 kobo final dividend for shareholders.
