International Breweries turns to share reconstruction to clear accumulated losses

International Breweries Plc has announced plans to undergo a share reconstruction to address its accumulated losses. Following the disclosure, the brewer's share price rose by ten percent, reaching the maximum daily price appreciation allowed on the Nigerian Exchange.
