International Breweries Shareholders Approve N84 Billion Capital Return

International Breweries Plc shareholders approved the return of up to N84 billion to investors under a share premium reduction and capital reorganisation programme. The resolution was passed at the company’s 49th Annual General Meeting in Lagos, alongside consideration of the audited financial statements.
