Indigenous Firm Activates 8-year Idle Rig In OML 42, To Boost Nigeria’s Oil Production

Nestoil Group has reactivated the Pathfinder 500 drilling rig after about eight years of inactivity. Through its Scorpio Drilling International unit, the company deployed the rig to complete workovers on two producing wells in Oil Mining Lease 42, supporting efforts to increase Nigeria’s oil production.
