Guinea Insurance Completes Recapitalisation, Meets New Capital Requirement

Guinea Insurance Plc has completed a recapitalisation programme involving a rights issue and private placement. The company said the transaction strengthened its capital position and enabled it to meet the applicable minimum capital requirement for Nigerian non-life insurance companies under the new industry requirements.
