Ghost Workers: Tinubu Orders Comprehensive Forensic Audit Of IPPIS , Federal Agencies

President Bola Tinubu has ordered a comprehensive forensic audit of the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System and federal government agencies amid concerns about ghost workers, payroll fraud and control weaknesses. Finance Minister Taiwo Oyedele will oversee the exercise, which relates to public expenditure management and fiscal governance.
