Gas Group targets NGX, expands into refining, gas infrastructure for AI-generated power

Gas Group Plc plans to pursue a listing on the Main Board of Nigerian Exchange Limited to strengthen corporate governance, improve capital market visibility and support financing for growth. The company is also expanding into refining and gas infrastructure, including facilities intended to support power generation for artificial intelligence applications.
