Gas Group plans NGX listing, eyes energy expansion

Gas Group Plc plans to list its existing ordinary shares on the Nigerian Exchange main board to strengthen corporate governance, improve access to capital and fund expansion into refining, gas infrastructure and power generation. The proposed listing would add another energy-sector company to the NGX market.
