FRC, Auditor General, FMITI Urge Auditors to Adopt AI with Responsibility, Governance, Professional Ethics

The Financial Reporting Council, Auditor General and Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment have urged auditors and assurance providers in Nigeria to adopt artificial intelligence responsibly. They emphasised governance, accountability and professional ethics as AI becomes more integrated into financial reporting and assurance processes.
