Finance Ministry Halts NAICOM’s Recapitalisation Fees, Escrow Directive Against NICON, Nigeria Re

The Federal Ministry of Finance has directed NAICOM to suspend enforcement of disputed capital injection fees and escrow transfer directives against NICON Insurance and Nigeria Re. The suspension will remain pending the determination of a petition filed by the two companies.
