Finance Minister proposes specialized commercial tribunal to fast-track business disputes resolution

Nigeria's Minister of Finance has proposed establishing a specialized Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal. The initiative aims to accelerate the resolution of business disputes, improve justice delivery, attract long-term investment, and help deepen the domestic capital market.
