Fidson Delivers N3.6bn Dividend, Reaffirms Path to Becoming Africa’s Largest pharma Manufacturer

Shareholders of Fidson Healthcare Plc approved a dividend of N1.50 per 50 kobo ordinary share, representing a total payout of N3.6 billion, at the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting. Management also reaffirmed its ambition to become Africa’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer.
