Fidelity Bank Vests 29.79 Million Shares in Senior Executives and Staff

Fidelity Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of the vesting of 29,787,745 ordinary shares to selected senior executives and employees. The transaction was executed under the financial institution's employee share scheme, in line with regulatory disclosure requirements.
