FG Reduces Import Levies On Vehicles, Customs Begins Green Tax Implementation

The Federal Government of Nigeria has reduced import duties for fully built passenger vehicles from 70 percent to 40 percent under the 2026 Fiscal Policy Measures. Additionally, the Nigeria Customs Service has commenced the implementation of a green tax on imports.
